Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Canutillo (El Paso) to deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling and client engagement
- Deliver elevated levels of customer service; resolve client enquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrate and maintain thorough product and trend knowledge across merchandise assortments
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and execute all register and cash-handling functions in compliance with company procedures
- Maintain visual standards on the selling floor: merchandising, stock replenishment and presentation
- Support inventory management, including stockroom organisation, receiving, shipping paperwork and loss-prevention protocols
- Adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements and participate in store-led training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in fashion, retail or business is advantageous
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury segments

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail, or business preferred.
