Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused luxury experience to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store tools, digital touchpoints and available technology.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised styling and follow-up.
- Execute store operational tasks with precision, including sales transactions, inventory control and basic store opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

- Technologically comfortable — able to adopt POS and omnichannel retail tools quickly.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving results; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
