Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative, elevated client service.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships and a personal client book; execute clienteling efforts to drive repeat business.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product and trend knowledge to provide tailored styling and merchandising recommendations.
  • Manage all aspects of the post-sale experience, including shipping, alterations coordination and handling customer special requests.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; complete register functions and comply with POS policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked selling floor and stockroom; assist with inventory counts and stock management.
  • Support shipping and receiving processes and associated paperwork in accordance with store protocols.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, time-and-attendance policies, and participate in all required training and development sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and execute register transactions accurately.
  • Organisational aptitude for inventory control, stockroom procedures, and shipping/receiving documentation.
  • Flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
