Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while demonstrating elevated sales and service practices
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of Michael Kors merchandise across all categories
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Build and cultivate repeat clientele using client book systems
  • Monitor all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
