Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets while demonstrating elevated sales and service practices
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of Michael Kors merchandise across all categories
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Build and cultivate repeat clientele using client book systems
- Monitor all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a keen interest in fashion industry trends and market developments
- Ensure the selling floor remains organized, fully stocked, and merchandised to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, receiving protocols, and shipping-related documentation
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as directed
- Execute all Point-of-Sale and register functions accurately and compliantly
- Uphold professional image and grooming standards reflective of brand identity at all times
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality per schedule
- Participate in mandatory training, development seminars, and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems

1–3 years of relevant sales experience in a retail or luxury goods environment preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
