Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) in Calgary seeks a full-time Sales Associate to drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Deliver elevated customer service and cultivate long-term relationships using a client book and targeted clienteling techniques.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise, trends and brand DNA to advise clients and close sales.
- Manage post-sale follow-up including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately; complete all register functions and adhere to POS policies.
- Support inventory control: receive, unpack, stock merchandise, participate in inventories and maintain organized stockroom and selling floor.
- Maintain store presentation and grooming standards consistent with brand image.
- Adhere to store schedules, time-and-attendance protocols and participate in training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience; luxury or premium brand retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required by store schedule.
- Right to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 15 per hour.
