Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication through the use of all available clienteling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to support retail operations
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Utilize product knowledge to become a selling expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand and act upon business results and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Qualifications

- Relevant sales experience in luxury or premium retail
