Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling applications and tools
- Sustain strong floor and stock presence throughout scheduled shifts
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Leverage Product Knowledge resources to develop expertise in advising customers with passion and confidence
- Analyze business results and sales opportunities to maximize revenue generation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for fashion and luxury retail
- Proven sales experience in a retail environment
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire teammates and work effectively toward collective goals
- Technological proficiency and ability to leverage digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience
- Fluency in local language (Hungarian) and excellent communication skills

Experience
Relevant sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion or accessories.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail or luxury fashion education is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from HUF 325,000 to HUF 469,000 per month.
