Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication and engagement using available clientelling apps and CRM tools
- Ensure consistent floor and stock presence, supporting visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to optimize store performance
- Develop deep product knowledge through training materials to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Understand and analyze business results and opportunities to drive incremental sales growth
Qualifications
- Excitement and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Relevant retail sales experience or equivalent brand ambassador background
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with team members and inspire collective achievement
- Technological proficiency with ability to leverage digital tools for sales and customer experience enhancement
- Strong local language communication skills (Hungarian preferred)
- Passion for fashion and luxury brand representation

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods retail. Prior experience as a brand ambassador or in customer-facing luxury retail roles is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail or customer service certifications preferred but not required.
