Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence throughout shifts
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop expertise using Product Knowledge packs to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales achievement
