Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an MK Ambassador to deliver exceptional, elevated customer experiences and build client loyalty.
- Manage proactive client communication and follow-up using clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain floor and stock presence; ensure visual standards and merchandising integrity.
- Apply product knowledge to advise customers confidently and convert opportunities into sales.
- Collaborate closely with store management to monitor performance metrics and identify sales opportunities.
- Understand daily business results and act to drive KPIs and store targets.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, high standards of personal presentation and customer service.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and to inspire colleagues to achieve results.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling and point-of-sale systems.
- Local language proficiency (Hungarian preferred) and effective verbal communication skills.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience required; experience within premium or luxury fashion retail is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work in a dynamic store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is a plus.
