Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to support merchandising objectives
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Use Product Knowledge packs to develop expertise and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales and identify growth potential
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable enthusiasm and passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members
- Strong technological proficiency and ability to leverage technology to enhance sales and customer experience
- Fluency in Romanian with excellent communication skills

Relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion or designer accessories.
Education
Secondary education required; additional training in fashion, retail management, or related fields is advantageous.
