Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling applications and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence throughout scheduled shifts
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge resources to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Understand business results and sales opportunities to drive revenue performance
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury retail
- Relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members
- Technological proficiency with ability to leverage retail technology platforms
- Strong communication skills in local language and English
Skills
Experience
Prior sales experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment is required. Experience with luxury goods or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; further education in retail management, fashion, or business is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from RON 64,000 to RON 85,000 per annum.
