Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, fashion-forward client experience through proactive customer engagement and personalised styling.
- Process POS transactions accurately and maintain high standards of service during each sale.
- Support daily store operations by balancing sales floor coverage, visual standards and housekeeping duties.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and company platforms to convert and close business.
- Prioritise tasks and multitask efficiently to meet productivity targets and support team objectives.
