Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-calibre customer service to sell Michael Kors collections in a polished retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets; actively implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Support implementation of visual merchandising directives to ensure brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and accurate transaction handling according to store procedures.
- Comply with all company policies, loss-prevention measures and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational qualification in retail or equivalent commercial training.
- Minimum two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Dynamic, motivated presence with a demonstrated passion for the brand and product knowledge.
- Proactive, organised approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and an ability to interact courteously with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent German and good command of English.

Experience
At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
Education
Completed vocational training in retail sales (Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau) or equivalent commercial qualification.
