The Sales Associate at Michael Kors in Barcelona drives sales through exceptional, personalised customer service and strong product knowledge, while supporting client development, stock management, replenishment, Visual Merchandising and concession operations. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and communicate the company’s values, standards, and guidelines.
- Contribute to achieving and growing sales targets.
- Deliver excellent, personalised customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Develop and retain a strong client portfolio.
- Manage and maintain stock, ensuring it is properly organised and available.
- Support product management and ensure correct replenishment.

- Schedule flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, rotating Saturdays, and Sundays during summer and Christmas campaigns.
