Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and drive repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling applications and tools to foster lasting relationships
- Maintain consistent floor and stock presence to ensure optimal store operations and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance and achieve sales targets
- Utilize Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising customers with passion and confidence
- Analyze business results and identify opportunities to drive sales performance and meet departmental objectives
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and excitement for working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven relevant sales experience in retail or luxury environment
- Capability and desire to collaborate with and inspire fellow team members to achieve collective results

Skills
Experience

Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in retail, fashion, or sales is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
