Michael Kors seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate in Barcelona to deliver luxury client service, support store operations and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience consistent with Michael Kors’ luxury positioning and service standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and upselling techniques.
- Operate the cash register and perform basic cash-handling and POS transactions accurately (nociones de caja).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, store presentation and product replenishment to uphold the brand image.
- Support stock management, receiving and back-of-house organisation, and assist with inventory processes when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented store environment and contribute to a welcoming client environment.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic cash-handling experience or comfort using point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to peak trading hours.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule (20 hours) including weekends and retail peak periods.
- Professional presentation and an understanding of luxury retail standards.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to 1–2 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion environments preferred. Temporary or seasonal retail experience is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
