Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador, delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client relationships and follow up using all available clientelling apps and tools to maximise conversion and retention.
- Maintain attentive floor and stock presence to ensure product availability and visual standards.
- Collaborate proactively with store management to communicate performance, identify opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop product expertise using Product Knowledge packs to confidently advise clients and close sales.
- Monitor sales results and contribute ideas to capitalise on business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience; previous experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate, motivate peers and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
- Technological proficiency and willingness to use mobile CRM/clientelling tools.
- Local language proficiency preferred (ability to communicate effectively with customers).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail training is desirable.
