Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and team sales goals through elevated sales techniques and service excellence
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and maintain awareness of fashion industry trends and market dynamics
- Build and maintain a repeat clientele base utilizing client book systems and personalized engagement strategies
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction
