Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships; manage and grow a personal client book and execute clienteling activities.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, resolving client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and advise clients on merchandise, fits and styling.
- Manage post-sale logistics including shipping, alterations coordination and special client requests.
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom standards: merchandising, replenishment and visual presentation.
- Support stock, shipping and receiving procedures and associated documentation.
- Participate in physical inventories and ensure strict adherence to Point-of-Sale (POS) policies and register operations.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, time and attendance policy, and participate in store training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within apparel, accessories or luxury retail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated client-service orientation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and to close sales in a high-volume retail environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
- Professional presence, dependability and strong attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience; experience in fashion, luxury or specialty retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework is desirable but not mandatory.
