Michael Kors seeks a Sales Associate for its Aurora location who will deliver elevated customer experiences while managing operational tasks with excellence. The successful candidate will drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology, foster lasting client relationships through knowledge of current trends and styling techniques, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment focused on achieving productivity goals and maximizing personal sales results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience in a luxury retail setting
- Perform operational tasks with excellence and maintain store standards
- Achieve productivity goals through effective multitasking and prioritization

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a luxury fashion environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive sales in a customer-focused setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing) is essential.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is up to USD 18.25 per hour.
