Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience and achieve individual sales targets.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and store technology to convert and retain clients.
- Execute day-to-day retail operations with precision, including merchandising, replenishment and point-of-sale transactions.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, trend knowledge and proactive clienteling.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably with a premium or luxury brand.

- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs, including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, contemporary fashion or premium accessories, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.
