Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships through personalised attention and clienteling.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by actively engaging customers on the sales floor and converting opportunities.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual and brand presentation standards.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain point-of-sale, cash handling and after-sales procedures in line with policy.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing tasks and shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience; luxury retail or outlet experience preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Excellent organisational aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, reliable and able to work varied shifts including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail role with prior customer-facing retail experience preferred; experience within luxury or outlet environments is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work as part of a team in a high-volume store is desirable.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) preferred; formal retail or product training is a plus.
