Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
  • Deliver elevated levels of sales and service consistent with luxury retail standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong clienteling aptitude.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in fashion and current market trends.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow operational procedures (inventory, POS, shipping/receiving).
