Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clienteling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales achievement
