Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through consultative selling techniques
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on merchandise features and benefits
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele utilizing client management systems and follow-up protocols
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise displays in a neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Assist in inventory management across stockroom and sales floor
- Execute stock, receiving, and shipping protocols and associated documentation accurately
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and cycles
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale system policies and execute register functions correctly
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance per scheduled work hours
- Engage actively in all training seminars, development programs, and management-led meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience
- Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate merchandise value propositions
