Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals while maximizing individual sales performance
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and elevated service standards to clientele
- Develop and maintain a repeat client base through professional relationship-building and client book management
- Execute all post-sale details including shipping coordination, alterations management, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve client concerns and complaints with efficiency and discretion
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise displays in neat, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Support inventory management across stockroom and selling floor operations
- Execute stock, receiving, and shipping protocols with accuracy and compliance

Education
