Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised luxury service to clients with a focus on building long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and clienteling.
  • Manage client appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate client records using CRM and POS tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑level customer service in a retail or luxury environment; prior experience in fashion or accessories preferred.
