Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors brand ambassador, delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively manage client relationships using all available clientelling apps and tools to nurture long‑term engagement.
- Maintain professional floor presence and manage stock to ensure merchandise is accurately presented and available.
- Use product knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product fit, materials and styling.
- Communicate effectively with store management to translate business results into targeted actions and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven enthusiasm for fashion and prior retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
- Availability and commitment to a 50% part‑time schedule as required by the Landquart boutique.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate, motivate and inspire team members.
- Technological aptitude with experience or willingness to use clientelling/CRM tools to drive sales.
- Local language fluency (German preferred) and effective verbal communication.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience in a fast‑paced environment; experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or clientèle/merchandising coursework is a plus.
