Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to ensure optimal store conditions
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
Qualifications
