Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs.
- Advise and style clients on seasonal product assortments, trends and outfit coordination to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and maintain cash-handling procedures.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, visual standards and fitting-room management.
- Collaborate with store management to deploy clienteling activities and use available sales tools and technology to grow the client base.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and contribute proactively to team objectives.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury segments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Resilience under pressure and proven ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Dynamic, customer-focused personality able to act as a credible brand ambassador.
- Fluent in English and proficient in the local language (German).

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales within fashion or luxury brands is required; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or fashion training is advantageous.
