Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service and personalised product advice to drive sales of Michael Kors collections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while implementing brand sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Support cashiering and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Implement Visual Merchandising standards, contribute to monthly floor set installations in coordination with store management.
- Maintain attractive merchandise presentation on sales floors and in window displays.
- Comply with all company operational guidelines, processes and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or equivalent commercial qualification.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising is an advantage.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with a customer-focused demeanour.
- Proactive, organised and able to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Fluent German and good command of English.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail; demonstrable exposure to visual merchandising or store floor planning is advantageous.
Education
Completed vocational training in retail (Ausbildung) or comparable commercial qualification.
