Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, fashion-forward in-store experience through proactive customer interaction and clienteling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process transactions to create a memorable purchase experience.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual standards and cleanliness.
- Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively to meet individual and store productivity goals.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and retail technologies to convert and fulfil customer demand.
- Collaborate with teammates to support merchandising, promotions and loss-prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused with a demonstrable passion for fashion and styling; ability to translate product knowledge into sales.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work within a team to achieve targets.
- Energetic, polished ambassador of the brand with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using retail technology and POS systems; quick to adopt omnichannel sales tools.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred; experience within luxury or fashion retail is advantageous but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certification in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
