Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging in-store experience by proactively greeting and assisting clients, building rapport and advising on styling and product selection.
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual productivity goals through active selling, upselling and follow-through on client requests.
• Process POS transactions accurately and manage cash/transactional responsibilities in accordance with store procedures.
• Support omnichannel fulfilment by leveraging available digital tools and coordinating with online and store teams to convert and service clients.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation, ensuring merchandising, stock displays and cleanliness meet brand guidelines.
• Balance operational tasks across store functions including stock handling, replenishment and basic inventory activities.

• Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to sell and deliver exceptional client service.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Energetic, fashion-forward presence and strong personal presentation consistent with the Michael Kors brand.
• Flexible availability to support a variable, part-time schedule including weekends and peak trading periods.
• Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale and omnichannel retail tools.

Skills

Experience

Entry-level role; previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred but not required. Demonstrable client-facing experience or internships in retail, fashion or hospitality will be considered an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
