Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through high-quality, consultative selling and product knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional client service, build and maintain repeat clientele, and manage a personal client book.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special client requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately, execute register functions and comply with cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom: merchandising, replenishment, inventory control and participation in inventories.
- Adhere to store policies, attendance expectations and participate in training, meetings and development programs.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and demonstrated commitment to high standards of customer service.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
- Reliable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client and operational tasks simultaneously.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
