Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise, performing stock checks and assisting with floor moves and visual tasks.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and handle cash-wrap responsibilities.
- Greet customers warmly, assess needs, answer product questions and direct clients to appropriate sales associates.
- Assist in resolving client issues and collaborate with sales and stock colleagues to ensure a seamless fitting-room experience.
- Maintain a neat, organised sales floor: unpack, hang/fold merchandise, secure security tags and manage go-backs.
- Adhere to company policies, time and attendance expectations and store operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with a professional, friendly manner.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury brands.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Willingness to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform merchandising tasks (lifting, hanging, folding).

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; experience within apparel or luxury retail is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
