Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Assistant to deliver engaging customer experiences, support sales-floor teammates, handle store operations and point-of-sale transactions, and drive omnichannel sales while maintaining store standards. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an engaging in-store experience by interacting with customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor.
- Balance operational tasks across a variety of store functions efficiently.

Qualifications

- Availability to meet store scheduling expectations, including a flexible schedule with weekends, holidays, and high-traffic and sales days.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment.
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work in busy environments, including under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
