Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and expert product knowledge.
- Deliver a premium level of customer service, build and maintain a loyal client base and leverage the client database for repeat business.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and bespoke customer requests to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Operate the POS system accurately, follow cash-handling procedures and adhere to all sales policies and protocols.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards of the sales floor; keep merchandise and displays tidy, replenished and presentation-ready.
- Support stockroom operations: receiving, processing, replenishment, shipments and related documentation; participate in inventories.
- Attend mandatory training, development sessions and team meetings as directed by store management; maintain punctuality and schedule adherence.
Qualifications
- Fluent Czech (mandatory) with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a demonstrable interest in fashion and market trends.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple post-sale tasks (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Reliable, professional demeanour with a commitment to store policies, attendance and teamwork.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; at least one season or 6–12 months of customer-facing retail experience is desirable.
Education
Secondary education (high-school diploma or equivalent) preferred; equivalent retail experience will be accepted.
