- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness to brand presentation standards throughout the day.
- Balance operational tasks — inventory handling, replenishment and returns — while prioritizing customer service.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available technology and retail tools to convert and retain clients.
Qualifications
- Customer-service obsessed with a demonstrable ability to sell and style clients.
- Self-starter with a results-driven, energetic demeanour and authentic brand ambassadorship.
- Technologically savvy with experience or aptitude for POS, clienteling and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays to meet retail scheduling needs.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; experience within luxury or fashion retail is advantageous but not mandatory for an entry-level appointment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training preferred.
