Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, fashion-forward in-store experience through proactive customer engagement and styling advice
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and company platforms to convert and fulfil customer demand
- Balance daily operational tasks across merchandising, inventory and store routines to meet productivity targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising and brand presentation standards throughout the day
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store KPIs and contribute to a high-performance retail environment

- Self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to drive sales results
- Energetic, professional presence and strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail tools
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; candidates with direct consumer sales or clienteling experience will be prioritized. Entry-level applicants with strong customer service skills and a demonstrated interest in fashion are encouraged to apply.
