Michael Kors is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant in Orlando (Florida Mall) to support merchandising, POS and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Replenish merchandise and maintain presentation on the sales floor; unpack, hang or fold product and secure security tags as required.
  • Perform stock checks and support sales associates with product availability and client requests.
  • Assist with visual merchandising tasks and merchandise floor moves to uphold brand presentation standards.
  • Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.
  • Greet and engage customers warmly, respond to inquiries, determine needs and direct clients to appropriate sales personnel.
  • Support fitting room operations and collaborate with sales and stock teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a neat, organised sales floor, fitting rooms and cash wrap; manage go-backs and general operational tasks.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and all company sales-related procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred; luxury or brand retail experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Basic numeracy and the ability to operate POS systems accurately.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
