Michael Kors Sales Assistant, Newark, DE | Part-time retail support role focused on customer service and merchandise management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and maintain organized, stocked conditions
- Perform accurate stock checks for customers and in support of sales associates
- Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual merchandising tasks, and security tag application
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and direct them to appropriate sales associates
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately, addressing concerns and complaints as needed
- Support the fitting room experience by working with stock and sales associates to ensure seamless customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap areas
- Unpack, hang, and fold merchandise according to company standards
- Adhere to work schedule and comply with all Point-of-Sale and sales-related policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative retail team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
