Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish and maintain merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring visual standards and stock levels are upheld.
- Perform inventory and stock checks for customers and in support of sales associates.
- Assist with merchandise moves, display maintenance and other visual merchandising tasks.
- Process Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Greet and engage customers warmly; assess needs and direct clients to the appropriate sales associate.
- Support fitting room operations to ensure a seamless client experience and collaborate with sales and stock teams on go-backs.
- Resolve customer questions and assist sales associates with client issues and complaints as needed.
- Adhere to store operations standards including cash wrap, time and attendance, and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, customer-focused manner.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred; experience within fashion or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
