Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store experience through proactive customer engagement and personalized styling.
- Support teammates on the sales floor and contribute to a collaborative retail environment.
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a memorable customer experience.
- Balance and execute operational tasks across store functions, including inventory handling and daily opening/closing routines.
- Meet productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking, prioritization and upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards throughout the day.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and company retail technologies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and styling; a natural brand ambassador.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to drive results and meet sales objectives.
- Energetic, customer-service oriented and comfortable engaging diverse clientele.
- Technologically savvy with the aptitude to learn POS systems and omnichannel retail tools.
- Flexible availability to support store scheduling needs (part-time).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; experience within luxury or premium brands and a track record of meeting sales targets are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.
