Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product consultation to drive sales of luxury collections
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets whilst executing established sales strategies
- Build and expand a satisfied customer base through professional engagement
- Execute and maintain all visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation standards
- Provide point-of-sale support and cash handling assistance
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of retail experience
- Dynamic and motivating personality capable of conveying passion for the brand and products to customers and colleagues
- Proactive mindset with strong sense of urgency and readiness to act
- Polished professional demeanor with courteous and professional interpersonal skills
- Fluent German and strong English language abilities
