Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and customer service to maximize transaction value and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise lines and communicate product benefits and styling to clients
- Process sales transactions accurately, monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure seamless fulfillment
- Build and maintain a repeat clientele base through personalized service and effective use of client relationship tools
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to preserve client loyalty
- Maintain the selling floor, stockroom, and merchandise displays in an organized, neat, and fully stocked condition
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, shipping and receiving protocols, and related documentation
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as scheduled
- Execute all Point-of-Sale system functions and comply with related policies and procedures
- Adhere to established work schedules and maintain accurate time and attendance records
- Participate in mandatory training, development programs, and team meetings as directed by store management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fashion and current awareness of industry trends
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and respond to management direction
