Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Assistant in the Miami metro area—provide luxury client service, drive sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised luxury customer service to build and retain a loyal client base.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets using refined selling techniques and clienteling strategies.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for purchases, returns and exchanges.
- Support daily store operations including merchandising, replenishment, stockroom maintenance and inventory counts.
- Maintain brand standards for visual presentation and store appearance, executing merchandising moves as directed.
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador with up-to-date product expertise and styling advice.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Polished, energetic demeanour and a demonstrable customer-first attitude.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using digital clienteling applications and POS technology to support sales and client outreach.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or a client-facing role is required, ideally within a luxury or fashion environment; demonstrated sales performance and familiarity with clienteling practices preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous.
