Michael Kors is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant in Miami, FL to drive boutique sales and deliver luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and elevated service.
- Develop and maintain a repeat client base; proactively use and update the client book to drive retention.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across apparel, accessories and leather goods to guide customer selections.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special client requests to guarantee satisfaction.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately; execute register functions and comply with cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain visual standards on the selling floor: merchandising, replenishment and stock presentation.
- Support stockroom operations: receiving, inventory control, shipping/receiving paperwork and participation in inventories.
- Adhere to company policies, time-and-attendance requirements and participate in training and development as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with ability to build rapport and resolve client issues promptly.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium fashion, or boutique environments.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance, strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience within luxury or premium fashion brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
