Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and perform regular stock checks to support sales associates and customer requests
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner upon store entry and respond to inquiries accurately and quickly
- Direct customers to appropriate sales associates based on their needs and provide support in resolving customer issues and complaints
- Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual tasks, and maintain an organized, neat sales floor environment
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently while complying with all sales-related policies
- Unpack, hang, fold, and tag merchandise; maintain fitting rooms, cash wrap, and process merchandise go-backs
- Collaborate effectively with stock and sales associates to ensure seamless fitting room experiences and fast customer service
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, maintain attendance expectations, and comply with all point-of-sale procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and handling merchandise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage customers professionally and warmly
- Reliable time management and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail operations preferred
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including potential evening and weekend shifts
