Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise and maintain a neat, well-stocked sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Unpack, hang/fold product, secure security tags and execute go-back processing efficiently.
- Perform stock checks and assist sales associates with inventory inquiries.
- Support visual merchandising and merchandise floor moves as directed.
- Process Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and comply with POS policies and procedures.
- Greet customers warmly, respond to queries, determine needs and direct clients to the appropriate sales associate.
- Assist in resolving customer problems or complaints and collaborate with stock and sales teams to ensure a seamless fitting-room experience.
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time and attendance policies, and all sales-related procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer-service oriented with a professional, client-first attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail operations (lifting, hanging, long periods standing).
- Basic cash-handling and Point-of-Sale (POS) experience or aptitude.
- Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
